Customer Experience Delivery Manager
Callum started his I.T. career with Databank, as a Computer Operator back when paper tapes and punch cards were media forms. He progressed to a Team Lead role as a teenager, a position which he has enjoyed through the years. He has worked mainly as a Technical Team Lead in many industry sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, starting in Operational Support teams, and latterly as an Oracle Database Consultant. Having been at the coal-face of many a client, Callum understands what good service is – a combination of technical abilities and having a great team to work for and with. Callum is looking forward bringing new skills to the table as he steps away from the keyboard, and starts a new chapter in his career, as enterpriseIT’s newest Customer Experience Delivery Manager.
